1. Introduction & Zero-Tolerance Approach

Modern slavery is a crime and a gross violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, including slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

SHREE GANPATHY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (trading as Locationbliss) has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We are dedicated to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

2. Organisational Structure and Operations

Locationbliss operates as a digital property portal connecting estate agents, landlords, and property seekers across the United Kingdom. Our direct operations are entirely based in the digital and technology sector, encompassing software development, digital marketing, and customer support.

Given the nature of our business as a digital service provider, we consider our direct exposure to the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking to be inherently low. However, we remain vigilant regarding our indirect exposure through our corporate supply chains.

3. Our Supply Chain Due Diligence

Our supply chains primarily consist of third-party digital service providers, cloud hosting infrastructure, software vendors, and professional services (such as legal and accounting). To identify and mitigate risk, we implement the following due diligence processes:

  • Conducting risk assessments of new suppliers before entering into commercial agreements.
  • Requiring key suppliers to confirm their compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
  • Reserving the right to terminate contracts immediately should any instances of modern slavery come to light within a supplier's operations.

We operate several internal policies to ensure we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner:

Recruitment Policy

We operate a robust recruitment policy, including conducting rigorous checks on the eligibility of all employees to work in the UK to safeguard against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will.

Whistleblowing Protocol

We encourage all employees, customers, and business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, Locationbliss. Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our group's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.
